60 day sprouting turnip top. Mid-early variety used to make the famous pasta dish 'Orecchiette e Cima di Rapa'. This is a rustic plant that produces many tender sprouting broccoli florets as the "quarantina", but takes 60 days. It is said the longer the variety, the better the quality.
